  • Post category:news

The Office for International Cooperation of Singidunum University announces a public call for Erasmus+ student mobility for study and internship, to be carried out in the winter semester of the 2026/2027 academic year.

Students from all three levels of study may apply, provided that they have completed their first year of studies in the academic year in which the mobility will take place.

Within this call, under the KA131 2025 project, the following mobilities are available:

  • 12 mobilities for studies (expected duration: 5 months)
  • 7 mobilities for traineeships and professional training (expected duration: 3 months)

Before starting the application process, students are asked to read the general information of the Call for Applications, familiarize themselves with the required application documentation, and inform themselves about Erasmus+ mobility details through the available materials.

Students must apply for mobility no later than Friday, March 27, 2026, by 10:00 AM, by sending an email stating the type of mobility they are applying for. The email must include the following documents:

  1. Short biography (CV) with basic information in English
  2. Motivation letter (in English), indicating the universities the candidate is applying to and the specific academic fields of interest. It is recommended to list more than one university, although the final decision will be made if the candidate receives a nomination for mobility. The motivation letter should be addressed to the Mobility Selection Committee, not to partner universities.
  3. Grade point average with a list of passed exams (a screenshot from your eStudent account is acceptable)
  4. Proof of English language proficiency (if you have an official certificate). If not, it is sufficient that your transcript shows that you have passed English at the B2 level
  5. Certificate of active student status
  6. Proof of disadvantaged socio-economic status or student disability (if applicable, the student must attach the required documentation – LINK)

The application (documents clearly titled and submitted as PDFs) must be sent to the Erasmus+ coordinators at Singidunum University via email at erasmus@singidunum.ac.rs.

Students will be ranked based on academic performance, motivation letter, and English language proficiency (60 out of 100 points), as well as an interview with the candidate (40 out of 100 points).

The selection of candidates will be conducted in accordance with the Regulations on the Conditions for Evaluation and Selection of Students, Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff.

After the application deadline, all applicants will be informed about the results of the call via the official Singidunum University website.

Appeals regarding the results of the call and the selection process may be submitted within three days and will be decided by the management of Singidunum University.
