The Department for International Cooperation of Singidunum University announces a public call for Erasmus+ student mobilities for studies and internships to be implemented during the summer semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.
Students from all three levels of study may apply, provided that by the academic year in which the mobility is realized, they have completed the first year of their studies.
Within this application round, under the KA 131 2024 project, the following mobilities are available:
- 10 mobilities for studies (expected duration: 5 months)
- 6 mobilities for internships and professional training (expected duration: 3 months)
Before applying, students are kindly asked to carefully read the general information of the Public Call and familiarize themselves with the required documentation, as well as to learn more about the details of Erasmus+ mobility through the available materials.
Application deadline:
Students must submit their application by October 27th, 2025, at 10:00 AM by sending an application form in English, in free format, which should include the following elements:
- Short CV in English with basic personal and academic information,
- Motivation letter in English (indicating the university they are applying to and their fields of academic interest),
- Grade point average with a list of passed exams,
- Proof of disadvantaged socio-economic status or student disability (if applicable – relevant documentation must be submitted via this [LINK]).
Student ranking will be based on academic performance, motivation letter, and English language proficiency (60 out of 100 points), as well as an interview with the candidate (40 out of 100 points).
Candidate selection is carried out in accordance with the Regulations on the Conditions for Evaluation and Selection of Students, Teaching, and Non-teaching Staff.
After the application deadline, all applicants will be timely informed of the selection outcome via the official website of Singidunum University.
Appeals regarding the results and the selection process can be submitted within three days, and decisions on the appeals are made by the university management.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The final decision on Erasmus+ scholarship recipients is made by the Erasmus+ Commission of Singidunum University only after prior approval from the receiving institution and in accordance with the available Erasmus+ funds.
