Call for Applications – Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Study and Internship (Winter Semester 2025/2026)

Before applying, students are required to carefully read the general information provided in the Call for Applications, familiarize themselves with the necessary documentation, and review the available materials regarding Erasmus+ mobility.

Students can apply for mobility by March 24, 2025, by 10:00 AM by submitting an application form in English (in free format) that must include the following elements:

  1. Short CV (containing basic personal and academic information)
  2. Motivation letter (indicating the university they are applying to and the specific fields of study they are interested in)
  3. Grade point average and a transcript of passed exams
  4. Proof of disadvantaged socio-economic status or disability (if applicable, relevant documentation must be submitted – LINK)

Student ranking will be based on academic performance, motivation letter, and English language proficiency (60 out of 100 points), as well as an interview with the candidate (40 out of 100 points).

Candidate selection will be conducted in accordance with the Regulations on the Evaluation and Selection of Students, Teaching, and Administrative Staff.

After the application deadline, all applicants will be timely notified of the selection results via the official website of Singidunum University.

Appeals regarding the selection results and process may be submitted within three days, and the final decision will be made by the university’s administration.

Important Notice: Incomplete, late, or ineligible applications will not be considered.

Final decision: The Erasmus+ Committee of Singidunum University will make the final decision on Erasmus+ scholarship recipients only after obtaining prior approval from the host institution, in accordance with the available Erasmus+ funding.
