We are pleased to inform all students of the Faculty of Business.at Singidunum University, the only higher education institution in Serbia with the prestigious CFA University Affiliation, that a new call for scholarship applications is now open for taking the CFA Level I exam. The scholarship includes a waiver of the one-time CFA Program enrollment fee and a reduced exam registration fee. The total value of the scholarship is approximately $1,000 (students co-finance the amount of $400). In addition, students will receive all preparatory materials in electronic format, as well as access to the official CFA Institute online question bank.
Basic application requirements:
- Students in their 3rd and 4th year of undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Business.
- English language proficiency (all materials and the exam are in English). English language certificates are desirable and will be considered in the final decision.
- A strong interest in finance-related subjects (Submit a motivation letter in Serbian, up to 300 words, explaining your reasons for participating in the CFA program).
The average period of active preparation for the Level I exam is 5 to 6 months. Students should optimize their time properly and align their university commitments with the exam preparation. More details about the exam can be found on the CFA Institute website.
Interested students can apply via email to Professor Nikola Stakić (nstakic@singidunum.ac.rs), who will evaluate the applicants and make the final decision on the awarded students. The application deadline is July 1, 2025. Applications with a motivation letter can be submitted via email in free form (after the selection process, candidates will officially apply through the CFA Institute website).
