The Department for International Cooperation of Singidunum University announces a public call for Erasmus+ student mobilities for the purpose of studying and internships to be carried out in the winter semester of the academic year 2024/2025.
Students at all three levels of study can apply, provided that they have completed the first year of study in the academic year in which the mobility is to be realized.
In this call, within the project KA 131 2023, the following mobilities are available:
8 study mobilities (anticipated duration of mobility: 5 months)
4 internships and professional development mobilities (anticipated duration of mobility: 3 months)
Before the application process, students are kindly requested to read the general information of the public call and familiarize themselves with the documentation required for application, as well as the Guide-for-students-of-the-University-Singidunum-through-Erasmus-student-mobilities.
Students apply for mobilities until April 20, 2024, by sending the application form in English, in a free format, which should contain the following elements:
Short biography (CV with basic information)
Motivational letter (indicating the university they are applying for and specific areas of interest)
Grade point average with a list of completed exams
Proof of the student’s unfavorable socio-economic status or disability (if the student meets this criterion, it is necessary to provide the necessary documentation, please check the LINK).
Students will be ranked based on academic performance, motivational letter, and English language proficiency (60 out of 100 points), as well as an interview with the candidate (40 out of 100 points).
Candidate selection is based on the Regulations on conditions for evaluation and selection of students, teaching, and non-teaching staff.
After the application deadline, applicants will be promptly informed of the results via the official website of Singidunum University.
Appeals against the results and the selection process can be submitted within three days, which will be decided by the management of Singidunum University.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The final decision on Erasmus+ scholarship recipients is made by the Erasmus+ Committee of the University of Singidunum only after obtaining prior consent from the host institution, in accordance with the available Erasmus+ funds.
