Lecture topic: How I turned my passion into a career?

Speaker: Silviya Petrova

Biography: Silviya Petrova has over 16 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, employer
branding, and business development in the IT sector. Since 2014, she has been a part of the team at “T-Soft”, a
Bulgarian software outsourcing company that was acquired by Acronis, a Swiss-Singaporean company that is a leader in
cybersecurity, in 2018 and entered the Bulgarian market, building its largest brand and research and development
center in the world. She currently serves as “Regional Manager for Marketing and Communications for the Balkans,
Mediterranean, Turkey, and the CIS countries” and has the privilege of being a direct observer and participant in all
processes related to the growth of the Bulgarian brand Acronis from 20 to 600 people.
